2014 Samsung TV Line-upの概要In order to deliver a philosophy and the design concept behind the new line-up of Samsung TV in 2014 to consumers, weve built a Grand Concept connected to the each products story and visual metaphors. This years philosophy was made up of 3 different points which are base on the actual TV experience seen from the users point of view. And each experiential concept were connected to the products in their own design. This kit will deliver the design concept of the product to the users, but also tell a story about what actual values the form was aimed to pursue.

2014 Samsung TV Line-upの開発・企画についてInstead of naming each models in the Line-up with its name, this story kit will deliver the philosophy and concept behind the product in more clear way to the consumers so they can understand the thoughts behind the form of their TV.
2014 Samsung TV Line-upのデザインについてThe core design concept, "Expanding Design" represents that each design of Samsung TV Line-up was meant to provide enhanced TV experience to the consumers.
2014 Samsung TV Line-upはその使用者・利用者にどのような価値を実現したかThis years design philosophy for 2014 TV Line-upwas first divided into 3 experiential values which defines the TV experience. And then they are actually applied to each product to enhance the consumer value. Here people can understand how the value seeking design can change its form due to the consumer value. This type of communication approach is a very intuitive and clear way to help consumers to understand how the form changes to enhance the actual TV experience.
ユーザーの使いやすさや商品の親切さの向上のためにデザインが特に取り組んだ事項The story was intended to help non-designers to understand how Samsung TV ended up with certain form. Telling them how such a philosophy and the little change in form can enhance the way people experience the TV.
